It combines chocolate and coffee together making it one light and great cake. It's a wonderful treat for those big get togethers! It does not take the oven.

Here's What You Need:
- 4 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 4 tablespoons hot water
- 2 cartons mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 big prepared angel food cake
- 3/4 cup brewed coffee or 1 cup coffee liquer
- 1 teapoon almond extract
- 4 teapoons baking cocoa
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in the hot water and cool.
- Stir in the mascarpone cheese.
- In a smaller bowl, beat the cream with a fork until it begins to thicken. Do this while gradually adding confectioners' sugar and beating until little soft peaks form.
- Stir half of the beaten cream into the mascarpone mixture and fold in the other half of the cream.
- Serve the mascarpone cream with the angel food cake.
