LOW-FAT PARTY CAKE

Here is a great idea that I know several people have used. It is a great idea for those who are or children are allergic to eggs, milk, or something in oil. It is definately a nutritious option for those who want less calories and less fatty cakes. It has worked great for even birthday cakes. It is called the "Low-fat party cake" alternative.

Here's what you do:
  1. Pick up your favorite cake mix at the store and a can of diet soda (you could use coffee instead of the diet soda it might even have less calories).
  2. Pour the cake mix and coffee or diet soda into a bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients all up.... you have just substitued the eggs, water, and oil with the coffee or diet soda.
  4. Grease a cake pan using extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Preheat the oven to the recommended temperature located on the box.
  6. Pour the cake batter into the greased cake pan while smoothing it out throughout the pan.
  7. Put it in the oven and bake it for the recommended amount of time located on the box.
  8. Enjoy!
Here's another idea: Make them into cupcakes and use the ice cream cones to make them cupcake cone exciting treats!

Enjoy it for all it's worth!
